•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM34.50 ++ per bed per night for bed only with 1 breakfast

•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	Long-Term rates with minimum stay of 30 days and above are available upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

The Guest shall notify us by e-mail @ maxcarry@maxcarry.com / maxcarry@yahoo.com, or fax or telephone, of any reduction or cancellation in the reservation as follows :-

Low Period:
Cancellations notice are required at least 4 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

Peak Period :
Cancellations notice are required at least 8 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

Last Minute Booking:
Booking made within 4 days prior to check in date are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

NO SHOW:
In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest

PEAK PERIOD DATES
A Surcharge of RM17.25 ++ per room per night is applicable for the following dates:

23 to 31 December 2012

SUPER PEAK SEASONS
A Surcharge of RM17.25 ++ per room per night is applicable during UMNO General Assembly
